Return & Refund Policy (Skin Care & Hair Care Products)

  • Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skin care and hair care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Unboxing Proof:
  • A clear unboxing video is required to process any return or refund request for damaged or missing items.
  • Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at karanpardeshi15@gmail.com with order details, issue description, and supporting images/videos.
  • Refund Policy:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Replacement Option:
  • In case of damaged or defective products, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
