Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products are non-returnable once opened or used.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing item in order

Return Request Timeline

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photos.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

In eligible cases, a replacement product may be shipped instead of a refund.
